Eberhard Koch, the Club’s new President announced that members of the Cyprus Marine Club generously raised financial support to 18 month old baby Mayia Georgiadou undergoing desperately needed treatment in the USA.

Ioannides, founded the Cyprus Marine Club in 1999 and for his contribution and support was honoured by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, Marios Demetriades in light of Ioannides’ retirement as President due to continuous overseas commitments. Ioannides will remain as Honorary President and the Presidency was succeeded by Capt.Eberhard Koch, Chairman & CEO of the ӦL Shipping Group.
