George Papadopoulos is a driven and forward-thinking Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a strong background in the energy sector. He began his professional journey as an Electrical Engineer in the shipping sector before joining Green Energy Group in 2019 as a Sales Engineer. Demonstrating consistent growth and leadership, he was promoted to Sales Coordinator in 2022, and by 2023, he advanced to Sales Manager of the Commercial Department. After six years of dedication and proven results, he now holds the position of Head of Commercial at the Group. He is currently furthering his expertise by pursuing an MBA in Shipping.
Beyond his professional achievements, George is a multifaceted individual with a wide range of interests. He is known for his creative flair and his deep appreciation for the sea. He holds an international certification in Scuba Diving (since 2020), has been a certified Lifeguard Instructor since 2011, and he is a holder of an Offshore Skipper Certificate since 2018.
