ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Theodoros Chouliaras is a distinguished Petroleum Economist with extensive experience in Shipping Finance, Investment Banking, and the Stock Market, specializing in structured Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deals.
His professional career includes roles as a former banker at CITIBANK, HSBC, and EUROBANK, as well as a stockbroker in financial institutions in the United Kingdom and Greece.
Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the following companies:
• UPoilTankers LLC (www.UPoilTankers.com): Specializing in tanker shipping and management.
• UPyachting Plc (www.UPyachting.eu): A publicly listed company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, focusing on financing and investments.
• Upgrade London Ltd (www.UPgradeLondon.co.uk): A Syndicated Angel Investor firm specializing in startup investments in the UK and Greece.
Beyond his corporate roles, Mr. Chouliaras has an impressive academic background, having lectured on maritime topics at prestigious universities, including:Southampton Solent University (UK)
