CMC December 2025 Get Together | 02.12.2025 @ 18:00 hrs | Gazebo Mare
Dear Members,
We are pleased to invite you to our next Get-Together, which will take place on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, at Gazebo Mare, Limassol Marina.
Your presence is highly important, and we kindly ask as many of you as possible to attend, as this gathering will serve two essential purposes:
- Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM):
The EGM is a very important function where we will finalise and approve the revised Articles of Association, addressing the existing inconsistencies.
Please find attached the formal notice, as well as the current (old) Articles and the new draft version with tracked changes in Greek and English for your review.
Those who are unable to attend are kindly requested to submit a Proxy (form attached).
Please note that, under the current Articles, proxies are available only to corporate members and fixing this discrepancy is one of the main reasons we are calling this EGM.
Our goal is to ensure that all members, regardless of membership type, have the right to submit proxies and participate equally in Club matters.
We therefore urge you to treat this gathering with the utmost seriousness and importance.
- Presentation and Dinner
Following the short EGM, we will have the pleasure of hosting Mr. Dieter Rohdenburg, CEO of InterMaritime Shipmanagement, whom we all know well.
His presentation, titled “CARBON CAPTURE ON BOARD”, promises to be both insightful and engaging.
